We will accept exchanges only if the dress is not the right size. If you are inquiring about an exchange, please send an email to contact@elezico.com within 3 days of receiving your order and state your order number, designer name, style number and wearing date. Unlike other online retailers, we will do an exchange of the same style and color with a 15% restocking fee. We ask that you send the product in the same condition that you have received it. Please note, if this is not the case, you will not be able to receive an exchange.
